Oh dear prodigal, why are you weeping?
On the way back to His house?
Do you feel that His love has grown cold?
Or His heart is toward you no more?
On the way back to His house
Why are you begging for mercy?
WHEN YOU COULD BE REJOICING
For the love of the Father has brought you home

{but while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him. -luke 15:20, niv}
just thought this was a message for someone’s heart today.

Out of endless gratitude for the eternal undeserved Grace that our Creator has bestowed upon us.

Thank you. I wish you strength (too). I heard a Derek Prince (recorded) sermon (Faith and Works) in which he said the Lord will give many blessings in a short while soon. It gave me strength as I wait for my significant other.
Another site that gave me strength is http://mblordi.com/
Also, I love the song ‘He Found Me’ by Amber Brooks. What intrigued me were the words:
“I never knew justice, until I found freedom
And I never knew freedom, until You threw my sins away
I never knew love, until I found Jesus
And I couldn’t find Jesus, until He found me first”
I couldn’t fathom the first line (the connection between justice and freedom). The rest seemed to have a logical/intuitive flow.
I asked friends around, and one looked up a Bible dictionary and told me that: “Justice represents judgement as well as righteousness. Christ’s ministry was one of freedom. Christ liberates believers from destructive influences to which they were in bondage. Freedom is a gift from God. Freedom is for love and service to God and man.”
Now the connection between justice (righteousness) and freedom made sense.
Thanks for letting me ramble a bit on your blog. Take care.

Oh, sorry. I should mention, I was hunting for the lyrics to the songs in the album Still I Rise, and got your blog link for a song.
Thanks.
